14-day money-back guarantee

Macuno Ltd, trading as ProfitAgentsAI, offers a 14-day refund on purchases of ProfitAgentsAI. The 14-day period starts on the date of your JVZoo purchase.

ProfitAgentsAI is a digital product. Access to the software and any credits or tokens included with your purchase is granted when your order is processed. You may still request a refund within 14 days whether or not you have logged in or used the Service.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@ryan-mac.com with:

• The email address used at checkout.
• Your JVZoo receipt or order ID.
• A brief note that you are requesting a refund.

Refunds are processed through JVZoo, which handled the original payment. Please allow time for JVZoo and your card issuer or PayPal account to show the credit.

What happens after a refund

When JVZoo notifies us of a refund (or a chargeback), we revoke access to ProfitAgentsAI and any remaining credits or tokens tied to that purchase. Published campaign pages may be taken down. A refund ends your licence to use the Service.

Chargebacks

If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us first so we can refund through JVZoo. A chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in immediate revocation of access and can affect your ability to purchase from us again.

After 14 days

Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase are not covered by this guarantee. We may consider exceptions at our discretion (for example, if we cannot deliver the Service), but we are not obliged to refund after the 14-day window.
