1. Who is responsible for your data

Macuno Ltd (“Macuno”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), trading as ProfitAgentsAI, is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the ProfitAgentsAI service. We are a company registered in England and Wales. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Data we collect

We collect and process:

  • Purchase and account data from JVZoo (typically your name, email address, product purchased, receipt/order ID, and transaction amount).
  • Login credentials and authentication records for your ProfitAgentsAI account.
  • Campaign and review content you submit or generate (product details, copy, images, audio, video, and related assets).
  • Usage data such as credit or token balances, generation jobs, and settings (including custom domains and branding).
  • Support correspondence you send to us.

We do not require you to provide special-category (sensitive) personal data to use the Service. Please do not include such data in campaign content or support emails.

3. How we use it

We use personal data to:

  • Create and administer your account after purchase.
  • Provide the Service, including generating and hosting campaign assets.
  • Send transactional email (login details, purchase confirmation, generation status, password reset).
  • Process refunds and revoke access when JVZoo notifies us of a refund or chargeback.
  • Secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations (including tax and accounting records).

Our lawful bases are typically performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, and legal obligation where we must retain purchase records.

4. Processors and third parties

We share data with providers who help us run the Service:

  • JVZoo — payment processing and purchase/refund notifications.
  • Supabase — authentication and database storage.
  • Brevo — transactional email.
  • Wasabi — file and export storage.
  • Together AI — AI generation of copy, images, audio, and related assets.
  • Trigger.dev — background job processing.

These providers process data on our instructions or as independent controllers (for example JVZoo for payments). Some may be located outside the UK. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the provider's standard contractual clauses, as applicable.

5. Cookies

We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use advertising pixels or third-party marketing cookies on ProfitAgentsAI.

6. Public review pages and click data

If you publish a review or campaign page, that page is public at the URL you choose (including a custom domain if you connect one). We may record hashed IP addresses for click or visit measurement rather than storing raw IP addresses. Hashed values are not intended to identify an individual visitor.

7. Retention

We keep account and campaign data while your account is active. If access is revoked (including after a refund), we may delete or de-identify Service data, except where we must retain purchase, tax, or dispute records. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve your request and for our records.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request:

  • Access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure, restriction of processing, or data portability, where those rights apply.
  • Objection to processing based on legitimate interests.

9. Children

The Service is intended for adults purchasing for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected here; continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
